The need
Knowing an organization’s name is only part of the task.
People also need to understand what it offers, where it operates and how to get in touch. White Pine organizes that information into a consistent experience people can explore at their own pace.
The application
Visitors answer a short sequence of questions about what they are looking for, the type of support they would prefer and their location. The application then presents support options to explore.
Visitors who prefer to look directly can select a Northern Ontario district, search the directory and explore the available service information.
Resource cards bring together descriptions, available eligibility and cost information, and contact actions. Where details are available, visitors can see how to begin.
How it works
Follow the guided questions or open the directory.
Choose a district and review the available support information.
